Shipping / Returns

Shipping / Delivery:

All of our products are hand made / made to order to be eco friendly as possible and eliminate waste - please allow one (1) business week to receive your order. All tracking information is sent via email / text when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification. Email us ASAP for address changes and we will accommodate if package hasn’t been shipped out yet.

Returns:

We will accept returns ONLY for an exchange of size!  If Item is no longer available a store credit will be issued. This store credit will be valid for 90 days, after which it will expire. Normal shipping charges will apply when ordering new item. Return shipping charges are handled by the customer. You must return your item within seven (7) days of receiving it, and it must be returned to us in a brand new, with tags. It must not be worn, washed, or have the tags removed to be eligible for exchange / store credit.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
